This weekly event presents an opportunity for folks of the Golden Dolphin frenquency to actively practice "getting their JOY on!"
Laughter Yoga is focused on getting people to LAUGH for no reason, to "lighten up," which the Golden Dolphins encourage. Certified Laughter Yoga practitioners lead laughter exercises and deep pranayama breathing that are the foundation of this practice.

This pre-existing public event is not a standard "Gathering of Golden Dolphins," in that there is no expressly acknowledged collective intent to connect to the Golden Dolphin Quantum Field. However, you are invited to hold the intention privately as you express your authentic self and allow yourself to play.
